Rectangle

Home tab > Draw panel > Rectangle

Pick one corner, move diagonally to another corner
Enter 500,500

Repeat Rectangle command
Pick top-left coner of the square
Move diagonally to top-left corner
1st field show the "-" sign

Enter -2000,1000

Repeat Rectangle command
Pick the lower-left corner of the square
Move cursor diagonally to lower-left corner
Enter -1000,-500

Repeat the same steps draw the rectangles on the right side
