Move

Move objects a specified distance in a specified direction

Home tab > Modify panel > Move

Select object then press Enter

Pick the lower-left corner as the base point

Move and snap to top-right corner of the square

Repeat Move command
Pick lower-left corner as the base point

Move and snap to top-left corner of the square

Repeat Move command
Pick top-right corner as the base point

Move and snap to lower-left corner of the square

Repeat Move command
Pick top-left corner as the base point

Move and snap to the lower-right corner of the square
