Content Explorer

Content Explorer allows you to search and insert content: 

• Within other drawings on your local area network LAN
• On Autodesk Seek on the web

Add-ins tab > Content panel > Explorer



Click Configure Settings



Click Add Watched Folder



Navigate to the Sample folder



C:\Program Files\AutodeskAutoCAD 2015\Sample



Local Host



Sample folder add on to Content Explorer



Double-click on the Sample folder



Double-click on en-us folder



Double-click on DesignCenter folder



Double-click Kitchen drawing



Drag and drop the block Microwave



Autodesk Seek



Click on the upsidedown triangle beside the Home icon
Select Autodesk Seek



Content Explorer search from Internet
Double-click on Chairs folder



Double-click on any chair



Explorer display the 2D and 3D block



Drag & drop the 2D block into the drawing



The block download and store at:
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Autodesk\Dowmload Content\Seek Downloads
