Annotate tab > Text panel > Text Align
Cross-select all text
Command line: Options
Select Set spacing
Set spacing: 20
Press Enter
Press Enter again
A XY UCS icon appear
Select the top line of text
Move cursor down
2nd and 3rd line of text align with the top line of text with a spacing of 20
Text Align work for both Single Line Text and Multiline Text
