Pick point between outer and inner circle
Press Enter to end the hatching
Repeat Hatch command

Pick point between 2nd and 3rd circle from outer
Press Enter to end the hatching
Repeat Hatch command
Color: 99,100,102
Pick point in the 3rd circle
Press Enter to end hatching
Home tab > Layer panel > Isolate
Cross-select the 3 circles and the curve lines
Pattern: ANSI31
Pick point between the curve lines
Color: 99,100,102
Press Enter to end hatching
Repeat Hatch command
Pick point between the outer and inner big ciecles
Analyzing internal island ...
- AutoCAD can't find the particular boundary due to the dash line
Press Esc to cancel the command
Draw the inner circle
Boundaries panel > Select
Options panel > Un-highlight "Create Separate Hatches"
Make sure Associative is highligh
Select the inner big circle
Select outer big circle
Press Enter to end the hatching
Enlarge the outer big circle to 7 by grip
The color fill-up the extra spacing
