Create Layout Viewport

Startup Page Setup Manager

Click New
New page setup name: Office Views
Click OK

Plotter: DWF6ePlot.pcs
Paper size: ISO A3 (420 x 297 MM)
Plot area: layout
Plot Scale: 1:1
Plot Style Table: monochrome.ctb
Click OK

Select Office Views
Click Set Current

Delete the viewport

layout tab > Layout Viewports panel > Named

New Viewport tab:
Four Equal
Viewport Spacing: 5
Select the top-left preview
Change view to: Coffee

Repeat the same steps set the other 3 preview:
Top-Right: Copy Room
Bottom-Left: Small Conference
Bottom-Right: Reception
Click OK

Press Enter for the default Fit option

4 viewport fit the entire printable area with the selected named view

Double-click in the top-left corner viewport to activate it
Select the text and delete it

Change the scale to 1:5 and lock it

Repeat the same steps on other 3 viewports:
Top-Right: 1:5
Bottom-Left: 1:8
Bottom-right: 1:8
