Create Layout

Click the "+" sign beside the Layout tab (bottom of screen)

A new layout "Layout 3" created

Pahe Setup Manager

Home tab > Layer panel > Layer Properties

Create a new layer "Viewport" Color 9
Click the Plot icon to make it not plot

Click on Layout to make it current
Right-click on the Layout 1 - Page Setup Manager

Click New
New Page Setup Name: Tenant

Plotter: DWF6ePlot.pc3
Paper size: ISO A4 (297 x 210 MM)
Plot area: Layout
Plot scale: 1:1
Plot Style Table: monochrome.ctb
Click OK

Select Tenent page setup
Click Set Current
Click Close

Select the Viewport
Status bar - Scale: 1:8

Make the grip hot and resize the viewport to display the tenent area only

Ctrl + Arrow key to move the viewport to center of the layout
